I tell you that this past week did not go to the gym because my sister Silvia which accompanies me was in Madrid with novio,y no me apetecía ir sola,pero si que me cuidé un poco la comida,y he perdido......... 0.500 kg!!!

Veremos el Lunes que viene con el gimnasio y todo que tal se porta la báscula.
De paso que hago la entrada aprovecho para dejaros el ultimo video que he grabado,que también lo he tenido que dividir en dos porque se pasaba de 10 minutos.El siguiente seguro que no me paso,que faenon...
Es sobre las compras y regalos que me hicieron durante el mes de Diciembre de ropa,zapatos,bolsos,sobretodo de BLANCO Y PRIMARK.
